My Beach Mobile purchases are non-refundable. My Beach Mobile is the municipality’s third-party payment processor.  Your payment goes directly to the municipality, and My Beach Mobile does not have the access to your funds held by the municipality.  This refund policy is pursuant to our terms and conditions, the pop-up announcement all users agree to before completing a purchase, and the municipality’s own no refund policy.
